We've entered a new era in the art of entertaining Jax. Gone are the days of placidly accepting wherever we plop him; he has emerged from a sleepy newborn into a demanding, high-maintenance infant. He used to lie on his back and absorb the lights, sounds, and colors around him. Now he will lie on his back, but only with a source of entertainment, be it his mobile, a mirror, or his favorite: us. We can't complain, though--he has become much more interesting and rewarding to hang out with, too. It's a lot easier to get up at five in the morning if we're greeted with a smile and a squeal for a greeting.
