Walk a mile in my muddy shoes.
Say farewell to our winter wonderland.
It's melting and mucking and defrosting into a muddy world out there.
It was beautiful while it lasted.
(well, this place is always beautiful, no matter what the season)
But we're ready to say goodbye.
Farewell, Old Man Winter! We'll see you again next year and not a moment sooner, I hope! Thank you for all the fun memories and moments, but we've got our rainboots and spring jackets and we're ready for some sun.
I'm hoping this little homage to winter will do the job and we've seen the last of it!
Spring and sunshine, here we come!

Wow! I've been considering turning the AC on here! It's been getting up into the 80s during the day.

those pics are so pretty but I'm totally ready for Spring and Summer!! Bring it! :)
Very pretty! We had a last-minute burst of snow over the last few days here too. While it is pretty, I'm ready for it to be over. I'm so tired of shoveling.
I am your newest follower. your place is lovely...and amen to winter going away...it's been a LONG one!
now...just to get spring to Alberta Canada!
I am so ready for spring and summer too. I don't live in Vermont but I know what it's like (having formerly lived in Philly). I love your cocktails and crafts idea, by the way. I will definitely have to try that with some girlfriends. I blog over at www.mylifehismissionjames127.blogspot.com. Check me out if you get a chance.
Hi! I'm following from the blog hop and hope you can follow me back at http://vintagelovingmom.blogspot.com/.

Thanks, Crystal

Wow, really beautiful surroundings! Looks almost unreal actually. But good that you could enjoy your walk in those muddy shoes. :-)
What a beautiful place you live in! Awesome pictures!
Lovely pictures! I moved from the East Coast to Texas about 6 years ago, but will always think snow is beautiful!
What a beautiful area you live in! I wish that where I live was even half that pretty. We have had the unfortunate wet winter, with rain nearly every day. California shouldn't be so wet in my opinion. That's what Oregon and Washington are here for!
Beautiful pictures, but I am so ready for spring too!
