Two years ago, at this very moment, I was being prepped for surgery and Jax was about to be born. Since he was born on the 24th, October 23rd is officially my labor day--I went into labor at midnight and labored for the entire day. Jax was born at 12:59 a.m. on October 24th. Em had a kind of interesting labor story and although I was in labor, I never actually felt it. So today is the only day I will ever labor with any of my children. What an incredible, life-altering day.
