One of Jax's best buddies is his Papa, JDubbs's dad. Papa plays with Jax in ways that wouldn't occur to me--real guy stuff. You know, wheelbarrows and hopscotch.
Jax loves when he has some alone time with his Papa. We ladies are always monopolizing him, but as he gets older and now that Em is here, I think they'll have more and more quality time together. And what fun they have!
We are extremely lucky to live so close to family and have them play a role in our kids' everyday lives. Family near and far are a blessing, and to have grandparents so close as our kids grow up is extra special.
